Gamification is supported in our eLearning development but is also built in to our Learning Management System (LMS).

LevelsGamification levels

By creating modules that range in difficulty and are unlocked by gaining a certain level of progress or score within an earlier one, encourages trainees to try harder and often practice a set game or activity, getting better each time.

Our Learning Kingdoms functionalty extends this by providing a animated graphical interface by which the user can explore the available training content within the LMS.


BadgesGamification badge

If you haven't already come across the concept of badges, take a look at https://openbadges.org/ to find out more. 

Each Open Badge is associated with an image and information about the badge, its recipient, the issuer, and any supporting evidence. All this information may be packaged within a badge image file that can be displayed via online CV's and social networks. 

If you woudl prefer your own internal badge system then our creative team are on hand to design a set of badges unique to your own organisation.

Creating modules as missions, whereby users challenge themselves to complete, not only unlocks their inquisitive and curious nature but pits their knowledge and skills against those of the mission creator. It creates engagement and the story assists the brain in recall.


Mini-gamesGamification controller

Like missions, mini-games stimulate the competitive nature we all possess and encourages trainees to repeat activities to develop better skills or knowledge recall.


League tables & LeaderboardsGamification 1st place trophy

Whilst we must be careful with league tables, as they have the potential to alienate employees who join after existing members, utilising schemes like 'most points gained over x period' or similar can encourage trainees to compete against each other to better themselves.
