Onboarding or organisational socialisation, refers to the mechanism through which new employees acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours to become effective organisational members and insiders.

 

Whilst pre-induction and induction covers the requirements just prior to and during the initial period of employment, onboarding goes further, looking at an extended time period and a wider set of knowledge, skills and behaviours.

We use our Learning Kingdom functionality and module sequencing to create a guided set of modules that a new employee can follow at their own pace. Once the modules have been completed, they become a reference library for the employee so they can go back into their training at their leisure, whenever they need to recap the information.

Resources such as templates, marketing materials and such alike can be provided to the employees as they progress through their training and we can even set them offline assignments for managers to confirm their understanding.
