Resources

Many eLearning solutions we create include resources that can be downloaded and used offline for reference. These resources can be accessed by the user just in time, whenever they find themselves in a situation that requires it. So, whether it’s an infographic of your company’s products or a cheat sheet of the process to follow for a certain action, these resources provide support where employees need it, when they need it.

Reinforcement

The Forgetting Curve is the rate at which information is forgotten after a learning event. Fortunately, we can counter this curve by sending out reinforcement activities in the days and weeks that follow the successful completion of an eLearning module. This provokes recall in the learner, thus reinforcing learning and countering the forgetting curve.
