Learn how to record visitors on the forecourt and make sure safety is ensured for everyone.
Apart from customers, many other types of visitors can come to the forecourt. Since petrol stations are environments that present various risks for safety, it is essential that every visitor on the forecourt is identified, registered and made aware of the safety guidelines and instructions for the site.
Keeping track of the visitors on the forecourt is crucial for safety. For this reason, we designed a Visitor on the Forecourt eLearning Course that can instruct employees working on the forecourt on how to act when there are visitors to the forecourt and how to prevent hazardous situations from occurring.
This module enables the user to follow the correct procedures when visitors or contractors are present on the forecourt and ensure that health and safety risks are minimised. It was designed for any learner working within petrol forecourts. It is a fully online interactive course and assessment, accessible on any device, 24/7, with no time limits through our modern LMS. A certificate can be downloaded upon successful completion of the eLearning module.
At the end of the Visitors to the Forecourt eLearning Module the user will:
- Recognise the importance of following procedures when visitors or contractors are on site
- Understand the procedures to follow when visitors or contractors arrive at a forecourt
- Understand what they require from contractors
- Dealing with Visitors
- Work by Contractors
- Safety Passports and Clearance Certificates
