How Bolt works
Training in retail can help you to maximise the productivity and potential of your workforce. However, it is usually time consuming, frequently boring and not always enjoyable. At Bolt, we produce online training that saves you time and money. We can minimise the time lost to training by recreating courses as bite-sized, engaging modules that can be accessed from any device anywhere. But maybe you’ve never done online training and don’t think that it could work for your organisation…How Bolt can work for you
What we loved about Bolt was the powerful reporting. Not only can we track whether a member of the team is getting the exercises and quizzes correct but we can see their progress in detail, how many times they attempted a question, how long they spent thinking about it, etc. And this information can also be seen from a birds eye view.

Bolt offers a unique and effective way to provide training to all staff and better still, it's done in such a way that management time is minimal but excellent training records are maintained. Our staff now clearly have demonstrable evidence that they have grasped the subject matter and are increasing their skill-set. The functionality is first class. This is the answer to many of our prayers.
David Sands - Chairman of David's Kitchen
Bolt training has allowed me to communicate vital staff training remotely for the first time. It has given me the tools to ensure staff fully understand the topics being delivered and a robust reporting system that shows me how our staff are performing with the various tasks. Due to the nature of the system, it also helps build our staff training files and our due diligence procedures.
