Life at Work - Employee
eLearning Module

The first day on the job is always daunting. A new employee should come prepared for their first day of work: wearing the right clothes, having essential documents to hand, getting to know your manager and colleagues. The feelings of not being up to the challenge are quite normal and can be mitigated by having first-day training.

At Bolt, we have designed Life at Work – Employee eLearning Module to help the new employee understand the responsibilities and duties that come with a new job and how best to face them. The course provides an overview of good practices to follow to make a good impression and live up to the expectations.

The Life at Work – Employee eLearning Module has been designed as a gamified, immersive experience. The user is the main character in a retro, bidimensional game on a quest to obtain the Crown of Career Contentment.

Fully online and interactive, available 24/7 on any device and with no time limits, thanks to our state-of-the-art LMS, the eLearning module comes with an assessment at the end and a downloadable certificate upon successful completion of the module.module content
