The Introduction to Wholesale eLearning module aims to provide a new starter, in either a wholesale business or for a supplier/service provider, with the key facts and information needed to start a successful career in the UK wholesale sector.

In this module, trainees will learn the different elements that make up the supply chain, with information about their function. They will also understand the value of the wholesale channel, become familiar with the wholesale market structure, the customer types, and the different channels through which customers choose to receive their products.

A general background of current UK wholesalers and buying groups is provided, including their members and brief information about the benefits of being in a buying group. The module also provides an overview of the forms of support customers can receive from wholesalers. 

With activities such as role-play scenarios, interactive charts and quiz, the Introduction to Wholesale eLearning module will engage the user in a 30-minute interactive learning experience.  It is a fully online interactive course and assessment, accessible on any device, 24/7, with no time limits through our modern LMS. Trainees will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the eLearning module.
