Finding the best speed at which to go through a module is vital. Too fast and you leave some learners behind, too slow and they get bored. This is where one of the many advantages to e-Learning comes into play: self-pacing. E-Learning can (and should) allow the learner to choose the pace at which to go through a module. This is hugely beneficial as it is a major factor in making your training user-centred and therefore accessible and effective for all learners.

In this video, Luke gives a brief explanation of the pertinence of pacing in the creation of an effective learning process.
