JJ Foodservice chooses Bolt to invest in eLearning for the next generation


National wholesaler JJ Foodservice is the latest company to join forces with Bolt Learning to offer a programme of bespoke, online training courses.


Aimed at supporting the growth of their people and investing in their next generation of talent, JJ partnered with Bolt Learning to develop an intense, structured eLearning programme. The training covers a range of topics including motivating teams, communicating effectively, stress management, delegation, negotiation, coaching, and health and safety and it was designed to help employees improve their all-round skills.

Research JJ Foodservice conducted last year reported that 95% of managers recognized the importance of training and that 89% were keen on received more in the future. JJ is constantly striving to help their people be the best they can be: they decided to invest in a new training programme covering the areas their employees considered important.
