Customer Success Manager
Sandy is a customer service expert, she has over 10 years customer service experience and is simply not happy until her customers are. Her previous roles have been with Scottish and Southern Energy in power distribution, managing customer facing teams and analysing performance data to continually strive for better results for her customers. Sandy chose Bolt as she was looking for a role where she could be solely responsible for ensuring customer success. And she's doing an outstanding job!
Sandy is originally from Scotland and enjoys travelling to visit our clients in our UK and International markets. She currently resides in London with the rest of our commercial team.
What is life outside of work?
In her free time, Sandy enjoys trying new things, meeting new people and going to see live music, she’s a social butterfly!
