We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our Commercial Team in Paisley.

 


 

The ideal candidate is a driven, tenacious and a hungry sales professional, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Bolt Learning is a creative and dynamic company specialised in next generation learning solutions for UK and global businesses. We are looking for someone to join our Paisley-based team to proactively generate outbound leads and follow up inbound sales enquiries. You will be joining a young company which is growing at +20% per annum.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications via telephone, email and event work related to generating new customer leads for the Bolt commercial team.
  • Be the first point of contact for new prospects.
  • Assess the clients’ needs and be able to talk confidently about Bolt’s services.
  • Log all communications and opportunities in our customer management software until it is passed onto the commercial team.
  • Work independently and proactively to deliver strong new leads as well as deliver against deadlines set by your line manager.

  • Highly motivated to deliver against set targets.

 

A background of 2+ years inside a sales related position is required. The candidate should be comfortable using all standard Microsoft programs.
