We are looking for a talented Finance candidate with Bookkeeping experience to join our modern office space in the heart of Paisley!
A pro-active thinker who is tech-savvy and enjoys keeping up with the times. We are specifically looking to speak with individuals who have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Xero. (As you know software is becoming increasingly important in managing your books.)
We all know that person who is efficient and organised, who has a spreadsheet for almost everything in life. A person who thrives on completing tasks and ticking off that to-do-list... I am looking for that person!

This is a permanent position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Salary is dependant on experience
There may be a degree of flexibility with regards to hours for this position, so we encourage both part-time and full-time applicants to get in touch if interested.
- Payroll (approx 25-30 staff)
- Using XERO accountancy software (essential)
- Bank reconciliations
- Inputting Sales & Purchase invoices
- Credit control
- Cash flows
- Wages analysis
- Preparing accounts to trial balance stage
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- All other financial tasks as required
